This is Rosie. She is a trained dog, and she gets to run off-leash on her owner’s farm. As you can see, off-leash is the way to be! Obedience training helps dogs learn how to be responsible, regardless of thepresence of a leash.
Rocky keeps his focus on Karen as they pose with two elementary students after participating in a program through MLOTC. Karen and Rocky teach children about responsible dog ownership and dog bite prevention. Of course, they also promote obedience training!
